What kind of information/evidence should I submit?
Your evidence can include a variety of material such as written documents, photographs, certificates, toolkits and other supporting documents that supports your practice.
How many words do I need to write and what should it include?
The word count is flexbile and depends on your setting. You should describe how you meet the statements, any changes you have made and the impact on your cohort or provision.
Is there a limit to how much evidence I can submit?
No, you can submit as much evidence as you feel is relevant.
How long will it take to complete the submission?
This varies depending on the amount of evidence and the time you spend on the platform. You can complete it in one session if you have prepared everything beforehand, but we expect most people to dip in and out of the platform over several weeks/months.
I'm stuggling to upload evidence - what should I do?

Do I need to complete everything at once?
No you can upload evidence gradually. Just make sure to save your progress - your information will be available the next time you log in.
What happens when I submit my evidence?
Once you submit your evidence, a member of the Inclusion Team will contact you within 8 weeks. They will arrange a visit to your setting to verify the evidence submitted reflects your everyday practice. The number of visits may vary depending on the evidence submitted and the size of your provision.
How often do I need to submit my evidence to maintain my champion status?
Your Inclusion Champion Award lasts for 3 years so we advise you to start again in year 2 to ensure continous champion status.
